DESCRIPTION

Everybody has a taste for Stanley - and the other ocean creatures just keep mistaking him for a delicious treat - but this is no ordinary jellyfish. Most jellyfish have dangly-gangly tentacles, but Stanley has two handles... Other jellyfish have a magical glow, but Stanley has stripes... because Stanley (spoiler alert) is a plastic bag! With bright & lively illustrations by Hannah Peck and rhythmic and repetitive text this simple and effective read aloud story is the perfect gift for (pre-school) budding environmentalists to begin to learn about the issues of plastic in our oceans and help little ones understand the environmental threats posed by plastic pollution.

Age: 3 - 6 years old
Paperback: 32 Pages
Dimensions: 28cm x 23 cm
Illustrated: colour illustrations throughout
Sustainably printed on paper from well-managed FSC-certified forests

About the author: Eco-expert Sarah Roberts has worked in conservation all around the world. With large amounts of plastic spreading into remote ecosystems and food chains, Sarah is on a mission to help children understand the issues: "If children aren't aware, how can they protect their favourite places and the awesome creatures who live there?"

“
I bought one of each egg cup to go with the treat boards. They are so well made and go so well with the boards me and kids love them! We have gone through so many plastic and ceramic egg cups but I don't have to worry about these egg cups, built to last and withstand rough kids hands.
