Yes. Our parcels are sent using tracked delivery services and you’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. You can also set up a customer account and view tracking updates from there.

If an item has arrived damaged, please include photographs of the item, its packaging and the parcel it arrived in so we can resolve things as quickly as possible.

Some of our pieces are made in small batches or come from independent makers, so restocks can take a little time.

If a product is returning, you’ll usually find a Notify Me When It’s Available option on the product page. Add your email and we’ll let you know when it’s back.

If you choose a card, leave your message in the Order Notes at checkout and we’ll happily handwrite it for you before adding it to the parcel.

We keep our packaging as thoughtful as the things inside it, using recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible.You may occasionally receive one of our reused Eco Boxes — a perfectly good box given another journey rather than being thrown away. Items should be returned new, unused and in their original packaging. To arrange a return, emailinfo@bluebrontide.comwith your order number and we’ll guide you through the process. Your newer PDPs are already presenting the 60-day/free-UK-returns proposition clearly.

If you’d like a different size, colour or item, please contact us atinfo@bluebrontide.com. We’ll help arrange the return of your original item and advise you on ordering the replacement.

Each toy has its recommended age and any important safety information listed on the product page. Because age guidance can vary from one toy to another, always check the individual product details before purchasing.

These natural differences aren’t flaws — they’re part of what makes each wooden piece beautifully individual.

Wooden toys are happiest with a little gentle care. Wipe them clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid soaking them in water or using harsh cleaning products.
