What is your returns policy?

FREE UK Returns when returned to us in 30 days

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at info@bluebrontide.com and we’ll take you through the process.

All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

 

My order was lost or damaged, what do I do?

In the event of a lost package or damaged item please contact us immediately (info@bluebrontide.com) For damaged goods, please include photographs of the damage & the packaging your item was sent in.

 

What are UK Shipping costs/times?

All UK orders are fulfilled in 2 business days. Our estimated shipping times after dispatch are: 3-4 days. Please note all parcels are issued with tracking which will be forwarded to you when you place order so you can check on the progress of your parcel.

What are EU Shippping costs/times?

All orders are fulfilled in 2 business days. Our estimated shipping times after dispatch to the EU are: 5-7 days with a tracked & signed for courier service.

Please note all parcels are issued with tracking which will be forwarded to you when you place order so you can check on the progress of your parcel.

Prices are dependant on weight and shipping cost will be applied at check out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes Blue Brontide ships to most countries worldwide from the U.K.

Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Import fees may be applicable on International orders.

Who pays for international import duties/taxes?

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Blue Brontide has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Blue Bronitide has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Blue Brontide is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where in the beautiful world you are! Orders after fulfillment here in the UK will take on average 3-4 business days to arrive excluding bank holidays and Sundays. We also offer a tracked next day guaranteed delivery in the UK.

EU shipments take around 7 - 10 business days.

The rest of the world deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

  

How do you pack the orders?

Not only are Bluebrontide's products Eco-friendly but we try to pack green too! From the 100% recycled box your item will be sent in, card inserts made from cotton off-cuts, to the solvent free recycled paper tape!

Received an 'Eco Box' sticker on, you lucky thing, well we love to reduce, reuse and recycle so this box has been reused, (don't worry every things all nice and new inside the box) we like to call these ECO-boxes!

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners to ship our parcels worldwide, here in the UK we use Royal Mail. All parcels are issued with tracking so you can check on the progress of your order and you’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

 

Fulfilment for Pre-order items?

We aim to have all orders fulfilled in 48hrs but if you have ordered a pre-order item please check delivery time frames on the pre-orders item page, Pre-order items can take anywhere up to 6 weeks to be delivered and any items ordered at the same time as a pre-order item will all be shipped together. If theirs any confusion please do not hesitate to get in contact at - info@bluebrontide.com we are happy to help!

 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

We strive to send your order as quickly as possible so if you've made a error, of decided you want to change colour or design or even order more, we suggest you contact us as soon as possible at info@bluebrontide.com with your order number or full name & address & we'll be happy to edit your order for you.

 

Discount Codes & Promotions

Have a discount code? You lucky thing!

To add your discount code just add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket as you normally would, when you reach the checkout you will see a box on the right hand-side named 'Discount' enter your discount code in this field and click apply.

The discount will automatically be deducted from your order and will be able to view the discount under the sub-total.

If you would like to pay with a 3rd party (eg. Paypal) please make sure you offer is applied before continuing to the 3rd party platform to complete payment.

 

I have two discount codes can I use them both?

You are more than welcome to use both offers, but please note that you can only apply one discount code per order. If you enter more than one discount the last one entered will be the one thats applied to your order.

How to care for your wooden plate?

Hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of wooden items, a quick wipe clean with a damp cloth and your normal washing-up liquid is all thats need to care for your plate.

Allow to air dry or better yet, towel dry as this will remove moisture quicker from the surface.

Simples!

As our plates are coated in a FDA sealent theirs no need to add additional oils to care for your plate.

Due to the nature of the materials used to make our plates;

Do not place item in Oven, Microwave or Freezer

Do not place item in Dishwasher

Do not soak in water

Do not use with highly acidic food
