UK Delivery

Tracked UK delivery costs £4.95.

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £75.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes a further 2–4 working days. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

You will receive tracking information when your order has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a complete physical address at checkout to prevent delays. If you require delivery to an Army barracks, please contact us at info@bluebrontide.com before ordering—we’ll be happy to help.

International Delivery

Blue Brontide ships from the UK to most countries worldwide.

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking the applicable import charges before placing your order.

Returns

We offer free returns on eligible UK orders within 60 days of delivery.

Items must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging, with all tags attached. International returns are also accepted within 60 days, but customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact info@bluebrontide.com with your order number and photographs where appropriate.
