We offer free returns to customers living within the UK
We ask that all items be returned to us within 30 days of your order being delivered, in perfect saleable condition with tags attached. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your return package.
All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging (excluding gift packaged items).
If the item was a gift, we’ll issue a gift card to the email address of your choosing for the value paid.
To ensure we handle every return with fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange for the following items: Personalised products, (unless a manufacturing fault).
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Once your return has been received refunds processed & issued within 10-14 working days.
Please note delivery fees are non-refundable.

How long will shipping take?
We send all orders in 24hrs of order being placed.
Can I return my items?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
What is your shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
