Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns to customers living within the UK

We ask that all items be returned to us within 60 days of your order being delivered, in perfect saleable condition with tags attached. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your return package.

All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging (excluding gift packaged items). 

If the item was a gift, we’ll issue a gift card to the email address of your choosing for the value paid.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Once your return has been received refunds will be processed & issued within 3-5 working days.

Please note delivery fees are non-refundable.

Are there items which cannot be returned?

We can not accept returns or exchanges for personalised items unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Do you offer international returns?

Yes we accept international returns, please return your item within 60days of parcel being delivered. For lost or damaged items please contact us using our contact form below and we'd be happy to help.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions. Please do not return any items without obtaining a RAN, as this may delay the processing of your return.
  3. Packaging: Carefully pack the item(s) to be returned to prevent damage during transit. Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  4. Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of the returned item(s). Blue Brontide is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to Blue Brontide business days for the refund to appear on your account.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange the item for a different size, colour, or model, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Exceptions
