We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at info@bluebrontide.com and we’ll take you through the process.
All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
My order was lost or damaged, what do I do?
In the event of a lost package or damaged item please contact us immediately (info@bluebrontide.com) For damaged goods, please include photographs of the damage & the packaging your item was sent in.
What are UK Shipping costs/times?
All UK orders are fulfilled in 2 business days. Our estimated shipping times after dispatch are: 2-3 days with our standard postage option with Royal Mail. Please note all parcels are issued with tracking which will be forwarded to you when you place order so you can check on the progress of your parcel.
